Viability Project VR2
Vision
A non-profit serving individuals with disabilities needed a better way to build soft skills and prepare members for job interviews as part of a vocational rehabilitation program.
Solution
The team integrated the XR solution, Bodyswaps, in both 2D and VR formats, providing members access to realistic, interactive training. Viability staff were trained to run the program independently, while Link To VR stayed on as a consultant to support future onboarding events and program expansion.
Impact
The program provides participants with a safe, supportive environment to practice communication and job-interview skills before applying them in real-world situations. It helps build confidence and job readiness while giving Viability staff the tools and training to operate and support the program independently.
