MassMutual Agency Zero
Vision
MassMutual required a virtual version of a high-performing office to showcase as a model for future agencies. This was in place of physically building the model office. The goal was to provide visitors with a clear sense of layout, functionality, and atmosphere. It would serve as a digital template for what a top-tier agency space should look like.
Solution
A fully explorable virtual replica of the Agency Zero office, accessible via avatar through HMDs, iPads, and laptops. The space was designed to highlight key features such as desk layout, spatial flow, and design standards.
Impact
The virtual office provides MassMutual a shareable, immersive way to demonstrate what a successful workspace looks and feels like. It supports recruitment, internal planning, and conversations about future workspace design.
